The waves has not long ago started to change, however, as these fritter dalliances which started in the grill kitchen are inspiring chefs to open full-service bakeries.Proof Bakeshop, AtlantaPeople initial flocked to Billy Allins Cakes & Ale for the beautifully composed plates of seasonal Southern cuisine, but the housemade desserts as good as breads fast stirred up courtesy in their own right. So prohibited was the demand for these oven oven baked products which after the short army offered them during internal farmers markets, the grill group non-stop up the brick-and-mortar location: Proof Bakeshop. The bakery chefs have everything in-house, down to the lamination for their croissants.
