BANQUET ROOM INFORMATION

Moby Dick Restaurant has available a large banquet room which can accommodate up to ninety (90) people. The room provides a beautiful setting for any occasion and can be reserved for private parties or private meetings.

Here is some information that you might need to know when reserving our banquet room.

  1. In order to have the banquet room private (for your group only) a minimum of forty (40) people is required. For the months of June, July, August, December & some specific dates the minimum of
  2. people is fifty (50).
  3. A $200.00 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of reservation, $500.00 for reservations on June, July, August, December & for other specific dates. We will take your deposit by credit card when you make your reservation; this deposit will be applied to your final check.
  4. If you need the private room for less than forty people, there is a $200.00 room fee.
  5. For the months of June, July, August, December & for other specific dates the room fee is $300.00.
  6. When your group is over twenty people a fixed menu will be provided to you, which will depend on the day and time of your event.
  7. Price per person might vary depending on day and time of your event.
  8. Large TV 60” available ONLY with HDMI compatible devices for $50.00. (please bring your own cable)
  9. Gratuity of 20% will be added to the final check.
  10. Our professional staff will take the dinner order at the time of your event. (A pre-order need not to be taken by the host).
  11. Happy hour items will not be available for private events or for groups over twenty people.
  12. Full bar available.
  13. Ninety minutes free parking. (No validation required)
  14. The table layout will be arranged depending on the number of people that will be attending the event.
  15. Tablecloths and cloth napkins are available (different colors) at $3.00 per person based on the number that you reserved for.
  16. Cake cutting fee of $2.00 per person will be charged according to the number of guests that you reserved for (when serving your own cake).
  17. Final number of guests has to be made by the person who made the reservation, two days prior to the event.
  18. When calling to make your reservation, please ask for Gerry, Debbie or Enrique: any of them will happily help you to organize your event; and if you need more information they will be able to provide it.

Banquet Breakfast Menu

(Served from 7 am to 11 am)

Option 1 - $10 per person

Bacon and eggs: Two scrambled eggs and three strips of bacon, served with home fries and sourdough toast

(Add a glass of fresh squeezed orange juice and bottomless coffee for $3.00 more per person.)

Option 2 - $13 per person

  1. Huevos Rancheros: two over medium eggs served over corn tortillas topped with mild Mexican salsa, queso fresco and sour cream, accompanied with cilantro rice and black beans
  2. Captain’s Choice: two buttermilk pancakes, two scrambled eggs and three strips of bacon
  3. Bacon and Eggs: two scrambled eggs and three strips of bacon served with home fries potatoes and sourdough toast
  4. Denver Omelet: onions, ham, bell peppers, and cheddar cheese, served with home fries potatoes and sourdough toast

($13.00 per person. Add a glass of fresh squeezed orange juice and bottomless coffee for $3.00 more per person.)


Banquet Lunch & Dinner Menu

(Served after 11 am)

 

Option 1 - Price per person is $15

1.- B.L.T. in sourdough bread, served with French fries

2.- Large mixed green salad, with boiled egg, cucumbers and tomatoes

3.- Cheese burger with French fries

4.- Clam chowder in a sourdough bread bowl

(Add a soft drink for $1.50 more, Add a cup of soup or a mixed green salad for $2.00 more, Add a Homemade bread pudding or ice cream for $2.00 more)

 

Option 2 - Price per person is $19

1.- Fish & Chips

2.- Chef salad, mixed greens, hardboiled egg, jack and cheddar cheese, apple-wood smoked ham and turkey breast

3.- Mixed green salad with chicken breast, hardboiled egg, cucumbers and tomatoes

4.- Chicken Linguini Alfredo

(Add a soft drink for $1.50 more, Add a cup of soup or a mixed green salad for $2.00 more, Add a Homemade bread pudding or ice cream for $2.00 more)

 

Option 3 - Price per person is $30

1.- Surf and Turf, charbroiled Prime Top Sirloin and grilled shrimp, served with homemade mashed potatoes and fresh sautéed vegetables

2.- Seafood Linguini Alfredo

3.- Grilled Santa Barbara Snapper, served with homemade mashed potatoes and fresh sautéed vegetables
